前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊治疗湿热瘀阻型前列腺炎临床研究

Clinical reserach of Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride capsule in treating damp-heat stagnation prostatitis

目的:探讨前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊对于湿热瘀阻型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:利用随机数字分组方法,将96例湿热瘀阻型前列腺炎患者分成Ⅰ组(48例)和Ⅱ组(48例)。给予Ⅰ组患者盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊单药治疗;Ⅱ组在Ⅰ组治疗基础上加前列舒通胶囊治疗方案,评估Ⅰ、Ⅱ组患者治疗前及治疗8周后:美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分量表(NIH-CPSI)评分情况。前列腺液常规检查(卵磷脂小体数目、白细胞计数以及pH值)。综合评估Ⅰ、Ⅱ组患者临床总有效率情况。结果:Ⅰ、Ⅱ患者的NIH-CPSI评分较治疗前均显著降低,生活质量提升,尿道不适症状显著改善,前列腺液常规检查明显趋于正常(P<0.05);但Ⅱ组患者的NIH-CPSI各项评分(包括疼痛评分、排尿症状评分、QOL评分)及前列腺液常规检查结果较Ⅰ组恢复更为理想,Ⅱ组临床总有效率91.67%显著高于Ⅰ组72.92%(P均<0.05)。结论:前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊对于湿热瘀阻型前列腺炎临床治疗效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of qianlie shutong capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of prostatitis of damp-heat and stasis syndrome.Methods:96 patients with prostatitis of damp-heat and stasis syndrome were divided into group Ⅰ(48 cases) and group Ⅱ(48 cases).Tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules were given to group Ⅰ alone;group Ⅱ was treated with qianlie shutong capsules on the basis of group Ⅰ.The patients in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ were evaluated before and after treatment for 8 weeks:National Institutes of Health-chronic prostatitis symptom index (NI) H-CPSI score.Routine examination of prostatic fluid (number of lecithin corpuscles,white blood cell count and pH value).To evaluate the clinical total effective rate of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ.Results:The NIH-CPSI scores of patients with Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly lower than those before treatment,the quality of life was improved,the symptoms of urethral discomfort were significantly improved,and the routine examination of prostatic fluid tended to be normal (P<0.05).However,the NIH-CPSI scores of patients with Ⅱ(including pain score,micturition symptom score,QOL score) and the routine examination of prostatic fluid nodules were significantly improved.The clinical total effective rate of group Ⅱ 91.67% was significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ 72.92%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qianlie shutong capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride capsule is effective in treating prostatitis of damp-heat and stasis syndrome.
