穴位埋线联合脂肪扫散法治疗单纯性肥胖临床研究

Clinical observation of acupoint thread embedding plus fat sweep method for simple obesity

目的:观察穴位埋线联合脂肪扫散法治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法:将60例脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖患者根据随机数字表分为穴位埋线联合脂肪扫散组和穴位埋线组,每组各30例。两组取穴相同,治疗组在对照组的基础上增加脂肪扫散,13 d埋线1次,持续治疗3次为1个疗程。分别观察两组患者治疗前后腰围、体质量指数(BMI)的变化情况,评价两组总有效率结果。结果:治疗后两组腰围均明显降低,且组内比较及组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组组内BMI疗效明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合脂肪扫散法治疗腹围疗效优于常规埋线组,总有效率及BMI指数有明显效果且疗效相当。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread embedding plus fat sweep method in treating simple obesity.Methods:60 cases of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction were randomly divided into acupoint catgut embedding combined with fat scanning powder group and acupoint embedding thread group with 30 cases in each group.The two groups took the same points,and the treatment group increased the fat dispersion method based on the control group.It was buried once in B days and lasted 3 times as one course in the treatment.Results:After treatment,the waist circumference of the two groups decreased significantly.There was significant difference in waist circumference between two groups(P<0.05).There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).BMI in group 2 was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P >0.05).Total effective rates was 86.7%,total effective rates was 83.3%.There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups.Conclusion:Clinical observation of acupoint thread embedding plus fat sweep method treatment of abdominal circumference’s curative effect is better than the routine embedding group.The total effective rate and BMI index have obvious effect and the curative effect is equal.
