摘要
环境影响评价制度是我国重要的环境管理制度之一,该制度的实行对我国的环境保护和经济发展发挥着重要作用。本文从阐述环境影评价制度的基本概念和基本特征入手,分析了我国环评制度的现状,重点研究分析了我国环评制度存在的突出问题并提出了相应的解决对策,最后对我国的环评制度进行了合理展望。
The environmental impact assessment system is one of the most important environmental management systems in China,which plays an important role in environmental protection and economic development in China.This paper starts with the basic concept and characteristics of the environmental impact assessment system,analyzes the current situation of the environmental impact assessment system in China,focuses on the analysis of the prominent problems existing in the environmental impact assessment system in China and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,and finally makes a reasonable outlook on the environmental impact assessment system in China.
