摘要
利用田地进行控制实验,将实验田平均分成四份,其中三份处理方式如下:减少30%的水分、升高温度(2℃)、减少30%的水分并升温2℃,剩下的一份作为对照田处理。采用特定方法测定土壤呼吸,观察分析减少水分与增加温度对冬小麦的生物量与土壤呼吸有何影响。
The field is used to control the experiment,the experimental field is divided into four parts,of which three are treated as follows: Reduce 30% of water,raise the temperature (2 ℃),reduce 30% of water and heat up 2 ℃,the remaining one as a control field treatment.The effects of water and temperature on the biomass and soil respiration of winter wheat were observed and analyzed by using specific methods to determine soil respiration.
