摘要
本文对高盐肝素废水的来源做了系统地分析,并根据来源不同,对水质指标进行了检测。对于有机物含量高、盐分含量高的溶媒废液,提出燃烧处理方案;对于有机物含量中等的蒸馏余液和有机物含量低的清洗废液,提出混合后进行生物化学处理,达到排放标准。
In this study,the source of high-salt heparin wastewater was systematically analyzed,and the water quality was tested accroding to the different sources.For the treatment of waste menstruum liquid that had high organic matter and high salt,the combustion project was proposed.For the middle-content organic matter waste distillation liquid and low-content organic matter cleaning wastewater,the mixture and biological chemistry treatment was proposed,and the effluent met the discharge standard.Furthermore,the treatment scheme and deodorization methods were also designed for the process.
