摘要 研究吹扫捕集/气质联用法测定水中29种挥发性有机物的定性定量分析方法。应用DB-624色谱柱分离定性,25min内29种目标物分离效果好(除对间-二甲苯),SIM扫描提取目标化合物定量离子。内标法定量,标准曲线相关系数R2>0.990,相对标准偏差<5%;样品加标回收率在84.0%~122.0%。方法的灵敏度、精密度和回收率均能满足地表水,饮用水和地下水等29种挥发性有机物痕量分析的要求。 A qualitative and quantitative analysis method for the determination of 29 volatile organic compounds in water by purging,trapping and gas chromatography was studied.The DB-624 column was used to separate and characterize.The separation of 29 targets in 25 minutes (except p-xylene),SIM scanning to extract the target compound quantitative ions.Quantitative internal standard method,the correlation coefficient of standard curve is R2>0.990,the relative standard deviation is <5%;the recoveries of sample spiked are 84.0%~ 122.0%.The sensitivity,precision and recovery of the method can meet the requirements of trace analysis of 29 kinds of volatile organic compounds such as surface water,drinking water and groundwater.
