摘要
本文通过对西安市电子加工类企业的工业废水进行检测分析,采用红外分光光度法测定水质中的石油类物质。通过对加工车间采集的水样进行检测,结果表明,本实验分析方法在0.00~100.00mg/L范围内标准曲线线性良好,相关系数r为0.9999。检测水样中的石油类浓度为0.91~2.53mg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.05%~5.35%,实验测定质控样样品浓度为44.5mg/L、44.6mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.31%、0.19%,全部在质控样允许浓度范围内,本次实验结果可靠,说明电子加工行业产生的废水中含有少量石油类物质。
Through the detection and analysis of industrial wastewater from Xi’an electronic processing enterprises,the petroleum substances in water quality were determined by infrared spectrophotometry.By testing the water sample collected by the processing workshop,the results show that the standard curve is well linear and the correlation coefficient r is 0.9999 in the range of 0.00 ~ 100.00mg/L.Detect petroleum concentration in water samples is 0.91 ~ 2.53 mg/L,the determination results of relative standard deviation is 1.05%~ 5.35%,and the experimental sample quality sample concentration is 44.5 mg/L、44.6 mg/L,relative standard deviation is 0.31%、 0.19%,all within the scope of the quality control sample allowable concentration,the experimental results is reliable,electronic processing industry waste water containing a small amount of oil.
