芝加哥水污染治理策略

Water pollution control strategy of Chicago

水危机是全球可持续发展面临的重大挑战,我国水污染问题严重,需要从源头管理,实现污染预防、污水净化和污水资源化利用,以此解决我国的水环境污染问题。芝加哥水污染治理经历了先污染后治理的历程,目前已发布了良好的水污染治理政策,建设了有效的水污染工程,形成了先进的水污染治理策略。本文通过介绍芝加哥水污染治理策略,以期可为中国的水污染治理提供借鉴意义。

Water crisis is a major challenge for global sustainable development.China is facing the problem of too much and too dirty water.In order to solve the problem of water environmental pollution in China,it is necessary to manage water from the source,prevent pollution,purify sewage and make use of sewage resources.Chicago’s water pollution control has gone through the process of pollution first and then treatment.At present,good water pollution control policies have been issued,effective water pollution projects have been built,and advanced water pollution control strategies have been formed.This paper introduces Chicago’s water pollution control strategy,in order to provide reference for China’s water pollution control.
