对大曲生产过程中的温度、湿度、二氧化碳等数据进行智能采集、分析、处理,并依据处理结果建立的数据管理模块对曲房的窗户开启进行数字化、自动化启闭操作,初步实现了远程智能化监测与控制。改变传统管理模式,完成由经验管理、模糊管理向精准化、数字化管理的跨越。

Through the intelligent collection, analysis and processing of the data of temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide etc. in Daqu production process, the data management modules were set up, and the digital and automatic open and close of Daqu room windows could be achieved, which was the first step to remote operation and intelligent monitoring and control. It was a big change of traditional management mode from experience and fuzzy management to precision and digital management.
