A good building mirrors the nationality and modernity a country. Admiring its landmark architecture is the most intuitive way to appreciate the history and culture of this country. Chongqing-based architect Li Weitao and the famous British architect Will Alsop participated in the design of Cultural and Creative Park, the Second Plant of E'ling, which is now one of the star attractions in Chongqing. Li Weitao has visited more than 10 countries around the world, focusing on research of the architectural works of world-class masters.
