田园综合体目标导向下近郊型乡村发展模式探究——以河南省焦作市苏家作乡规划(2018—2030年)为例

Study on the Development Model of Suburban Rural Areas under the Guidance of the Pastoral Complex:Take Planning of Sujiazuo Township in Jiaozuo(2018—2030) for Example

本文概括和分析了当前城市近郊型乡村的发展方向——新农村建设与农村城镇化建设;探讨了田园综合体建设的目的与模式,且结合近郊型乡村的发展条件,将乡村建设模式化,提出了田园综合体目标导向下近郊型乡村的发展模式;结合河南省焦作市苏家作乡的发展现状,构建出符合田园综合体目标导向下的生产、生活、生态的三生结合的发展模式,提取出农业生产、乡村景观、田园生活作为核心组织要素,将其融入到现代农业板块、文旅休闲板块、田园社区板块3大板块中,创造出宜游、宜居、宜业的近郊型乡村。

This paper summarized and analyzed the development directions of the current suburban villages-the construction of new countryside and the construction of rural urbanization,discussed the purpose and modes of the pastoral complex,modeled the rural construction under combining with the development of suburban villages,and put forward the model of suburban rural areas under the guidance of the pastoral complex.Combining the development status of Sujiazuo Township in Jiaozuo,the article constructed a development model of production,life and ecology,and created a suburban village that was suitable for travel,livable and suitable,by taking agricultural production,rural landscape and rural life as the core organizational elements and fitting into the three sectors of modern agricultural,the cultural and leisure,and the rural community.
