摘要
为比较玉竹不同部位功能性成分的含量及其抗氧化能力,以3年生玉竹为研究对象,分别对其根、茎、叶及果托中主要功能性成分的含量进行测定,并以DPPH及羟基活性为指标,对不同部位的抗氧化活性进行初步探究。结果显示:玉竹根部黄酮、多糖,茎部的多酚及果托的蛋白质含量显著高于其他部位,分别达0.93±0.016、68.02±0.21、16.61±0.21、0.316±0.033mg·g^(-1);根部的抗氧化活性显著高于其他部位,对DPPH和羟基的清除率分别达70.81%和93.42%。
In order to compare the contents and antioxidant capacities of functional components in different parts of Polygonatum odoratum,the contents of main functional components in the roots,stems,leaves and fruit holders of Polygonatum odoratum were determined respectively,and its antioxidant activities were evaluated by using DPPH and hydroxyl activity as indicators.The results showed that the contents of flavonoids,polysaccharides in roots,polyphenols in stems and protein in fruit receptacle were significantly higher than those in other parts,reaching 0.93±0.016 mg·g^-1,68.02±0.21 mg·g^-1,16.61±0.21 mg·g^-1 and 0.221±0.012 mg·g^-1,respectively.The antioxidant activities of roots were significantly higher than those of other parts,and the scavenging rates of DPPH and hydroxyl groups were 70.81%and 93.42%,respectively.
