Objective:To investigate the effect of misoprostol on cervical softening by using three sublingual drugs, vagina and rectum. Method:180 patients with hysteroscopic surgery treated in our hospital in January 2015~December 2017 were divided into A group (sublingual administration group), B group (vaginal administration group) and C group (rectal administration group) according to the random digital table method. The degree of cervical softening, the degree of pain in the three groups, and the bad degree of pain in the three groups were observed and compared. The occurrence of the reaction. Results: the cervical softening rates of group A, group B and group C were 91.67%,93.33% and 96.67%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the three groups ( P >0.05). There was no significant difference in pain grading between the three groups ( P >0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group B and group C was 11.67% and 15% respectively, which were significantly lower than those in group A( 31.67%), and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Before and after the treatment of hysteroscopy, the use of misoprostol vaginal and rectal administration can achieve good cervical softening effect. The pain degree of the patients is low and the incidence of adverse reactions is low. It is worth popularizing in clinical.
