自拟鼻五针耳四穴配合温阳通窍补益法治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis by the Combination of Five Acupuncture Points and Four Auricles with Warm Yang Tachiao Supplementation

目的:观察自拟鼻五针耳四穴联合温阳通窍补益法在治疗过敏性鼻炎中的临床效果。方法:根据不同的治疗方法,将36例过敏性鼻炎患者分作实验组与对照组两组。对照组采用温阳通窍补益法进行治疗,实验组采用自拟鼻五针耳四穴联合温阳通窍补益法进行治疗,比较实验组与对照组患者治疗效果与治疗后不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,实验组患者临床治疗的总有效率远高于对照组(P<0.05);且实验组与对照组患者不良反应发生率没有明显差异。结论:自拟鼻五针耳四穴联合温阳通窍补益法在过敏性鼻炎的治疗中具有良好的临床效果,能够有效提高患者治疗的有效率,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the combination of five acupuncture points and four auricles with warm Yang tongqiao replenishment in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: according to different treatment methods, 36 cases of allergic rhinitis were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated by the method of warm-yang tongqao supplementation, and the experimental group was treated by the method of five needle-auriculars and four points combined with warm-yang tongqao supplementation, and the treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the experimental group and the control group. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment was much higher in the experimental group than in the control group ( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion: the combination of five acupuncture points and four auricles plus warm Yang tachiao supplementation has a good clinical effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
