Effect of Delorme on Anus Function in Patients with Rectal Prolapse

目的:探讨Delorme术对直肠脱垂患者肛门功能的影响。方法:选取我院收治的52例直肠脱垂患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各26例。对照组行经腹悬吊术治疗,观察组行Delorme术治疗,比较两组的肛门括约功能恢复情况。结果:术后两组患者的肛管最大收缩压(AMCP)和肛管静息压(ARP)指标均明显高于手术前(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后的AMCP、ARP指标明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Delorme术用于直肠脱垂的治疗中,能够有效改善患者的肛门功能,效果显著,值得在临床进一步推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Delorme on the anal function of patients with rectal prolapse. Methods:52 cases of rectal prolapse treated in our hospital were randomly divided into 26 cases in the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated by abdominal suspension, and the observation group was treated with Delorme, and the recovery of the anal sphincter function was compared between the two groups. Results:the maximum systolic pressure (AMCP) and resting pressure (ARP) of the anal canal in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the operation ( P <0.05). The AMCP and ARP indexes of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Delorm e can effectively improve the anal function of the patients in the treatment of rectal prolapse, and it is worthy of further popularization in clinical practice.
