目的检测HPIP蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达水平及探讨其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化技术,检测HPIP在低分化子宫内膜癌(20例)、中分化子宫内膜癌(30例)、高分化子宫内膜癌(30例)以及正常内膜组织(10例)中的表达,分析其表达水平与癌细胞分级、浸润深度的相关性。结果与正常的子宫内膜及子宫内膜良性病变相比,HPIP在子宫内膜癌中呈过度表达。①HPIP的表达与组织学分级、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移有关。②HPIP蛋白在正常组织中的表达显著低于在EC中的表达,研究表明HPIP蛋白表达可能与EC的增殖、侵袭有着密切的关系。③HPIP蛋白是有可能是一个非常有价值的生物学标志物,用于预测EC患者预后,并作为治疗癌症的一个潜在靶点。结论 HPIP蛋白的高表达促进子宫内膜癌的进展,可以作为预测子宫内膜癌的新指标。

Objective To detect the expression of HPIP protein in endometrial cancer and to explore its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of HPIP in low differentiated endometrial cancer(20 cases),moderately differentiated endometrial cancer(30 cases),highly differentiated endometrial cancer(30 cases)and normal endometrial tissue(10 cases).Results Compared with normal endometrium and benign endometrial lesions,HPIP was overexpressed in endometrial cancer.The expression of HPIP is related to histological grade,FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis.The expression of HPIP protein in normal tissues is significantly lower than that in EC.Studies have shown that the expression of HPIP protein may be closely related to the proliferation and invasion of EC.HPIP protein may be a very valuable biomarker for predicting the prognosis of EC patients and as a potential target for cancer treatment.Conclusion High expression of HPIP protein promotes the progression of endometrial cancer and can be used as a new predictor of endometrial cancer.
