二级中和/固液分离膜技术处理酸洗废水与回用

摘要 作为新型高效固液分离处理技术的一种固液分离膜技术,与传统混凝沉淀和过滤有较大的区别。该技术具有多种优点,比如产生的水质较好,节约运行成本,为企业生产带来较大经济效益和社会效益等。在对钢铁行业酸洗废水的处理中有较好的作用效果,其生成的水质均符合污水排放规定标准。其中对利用该技术处理后的水质进行检测,发现Cl-浓度和CaCl2浓度有效降低,可以将处理后的废水直接应用于企业生产中,从而促使企业获得更大的经济和社会效益。 As a new type of high efficient solid-liquid separation technology, solid-liquid separation membrane technology is quite different from traditional coagulation sedimentation and filtration. The technology has many advantages, such as good water quality, saving operation costs, and bringing greater economic and social benefits for enterprise production. It has a good effect on the treatment of acid pickling wastewater in iron and steel industry, and the water quality produced by it meets the stipulated standards of sewage discharge. The quality of water treated by this technology was tested. It was found that Cl-concentration and CaCl2 concentration were effectively reduced. The treated wastewater could be directly applied to the production of enterprises, thus promoting enterprises to obtain greater economic and social benefits.
