某矿燃煤锅炉烟气提标改造

High-standard Modification of Flue Gas of Coal-fired Boiler in a Mine

摘要 以晋煤集团长平煤矿燃煤锅炉排放的烟气提标改造为例,介绍燃煤锅炉烟气治理技术的选择。改造后的锅炉烟气中烟尘、SO2、NOX浓度分别为22.7mg/Nm^3、19mg/Nm^3、127mg/Nm^3,低于《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》中的特别排放限值30mg/Nm^3、200mg/Nm^3、200mg/Nm^3,具有良好的环境效益及经济效益,为同类矿山锅炉烟气提标改造提供参考。 It is imperative to upgrade the standard of flue gas discharged from coal-fired boilers in Changping Coal Mine of Jinmei Group. This paper mainly introduces the selection of flue gas treatment technology for coal-fired boilers. The concentration of smoke and dust, SO2 and NOX in the reformed boiler flue gas are 22.7 mg/Nm^3, 19 mg/Nm^3 and 127 mg/Nm^3, respectively, which are lower than the special emission limits of 30 mg/Nm^3, 200 mg/Nm^3 and 200 mg/Nm^3 in the "Standards for the Discharge of Boiler Air Pollutants". The reformed boiler flue gas has good environmental benefits and economic benefits, and provides a reference for similar mine boiler flue gas upgrading.
