摘要
根据我国目前对地膜回收利用的情况,以及清洗地膜之后的污水处理方式和发展趋势,设计出一套基于单片机的地膜污水处理自动控制系统。详细地介绍了该系统的软、硬件结构、控制方式以及各个控制层的功能。系统利用变频器加强了对污水提升泵和曝气机的控制力度,同时利用高精度的检测仪表加强了对排出的污水的检测力度,从而确保最终排出的污水的质量被限制在国家规定的合格范围之内,实现污水处理的"零排放"。
According to the current situation of mulch film recycling in our country, as well as the sewage treatment methods and development trend after cleaning mulch film, a set of automatic control system for mulch film sewage treatment based on single chip microcomputer is designed. The software and hardware structure, control mode and functions of each control layer of the system are introduced in detail. The system uses frequency converter to strengthen the control of sewage lifting pump and aerator,and uses high-precision detection instrument to strengthen the detection of discharged sewage, so as to ensure that the quality of finally discharged sewage is limited within the qualified range specified by the state and realize "zero emission" of sewage treatment.
