摘要
为了探究钢渣骨料沥青混合料的路用性能,对AC-13与SMA-13两种级配的钢渣沥青混合料和碎石沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性进行了研究,并对其低温抗裂性及膨胀特性进行评价。结果表明:钢渣沥青混合料具有良好的颗粒间嵌挤作用与较高的摩擦力,钢渣颗粒间形成类纤维结构,可有效分散应力作用,使得钢渣沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性及低温抗裂性能均优于碎石沥青混合料,同时钢渣沥青混合料的膨胀率满足规范要求。
In order to study the pavement performance of steel slag aggregate asphalt mixture,high temperature stability,water stability and low temperature resistance were applied to the steel slag asphalt mixture and gravel asphalt mixture of AC-13 and SMA-13.The cracking and swelling properties were evaluated.The results show that the steel slag asphalt mixture has good interlocked-denseness and high friction,and the steel slag particles form a fiber-like structure,which can effectively disperse the stress causing that the high temperature stability,water stability and and low temperature crack resistance of the steel slag asphalt mixture are superior to the gravel asphalt mixture.At the same time,the expansion ratio of the steel slag asphalt mixture meets the requirements of the specification.
