摘要
以原子物理学课程为例,将分层教学模式与传统的班级授课制有机融合,就班内分层教学模式的必要性和理论基础,以及如何有效构建和实施班内分层教学模式,提高原子物理学的教学水平进行了探索.实践表明:在高校专业课的课堂教学中实施班内分层教学模式,能针对学生的个体差异,满足学生个性化发展需求,能促进学生的优势潜能发展和提高教学效益,并为当今的教学改革提供参考和借鉴.
In the teaching of atomic physics,the stratified teaching method is integrated organically with the traditional teaching approach.The necessity and theoretic grounding of the in-class stratified teaching mode and how to construct and carry out such a teaching mode are examined in hope of enhancing the quality of atomic physics teaching.The teaching practice has proven that the implication of in-class stratified teaching mode in classroom teaching of college professional courses can not only cater for students'individual differences,satisfy their individualized development demands,but also can stimulate the development of students'potentials and enhance teaching efficiency and thus provide the future teaching reforms with referential experience.
