电力企业生产安全事故应急预案的编制及改进

Establishment and Improvement on Safety Production Accident Emergency Plan of Electrical Enterprises

针对安全事故应急预案评审过程中发现应急预案在规范性、系统性、衔接性、全面性、合规性、实用性等方面存在的问题,提出了改进方案,以更符合生产实际要求,同时也为其他电力企业的预案编制提供借鉴和参考。

Some problems about the standardization,systematization,consistency,comprehensiveness,compliance and practicability of the emergency plan for safety production accidents,are founded during evaluation of the emergency plan.In order to make the emergency plan fulfill the requirement of actual production better,this paper puts forward the related improvement scheme to solve these problems,which can be refered by the other electrical enterprises.
