Safety management is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of helicopter test cruise operation on Sichuan-Tibet transmission line.This paper introduces the safety management guidelines,safety risk analysis and control measures of the test cruise operation,summarizes the safety management experiences of this project,which can be refered for the promotion of helicopter cruise operation in Sichuan-Tibet area.
