In order to avoid the accident of incorrect recovery of isolation measures more effectively,and also to reduce waste and improve the level of environmental protection,this paper designs and makes up a set of secondary operation safety measure identification toolbox to improve the operation safety and efficiency.It introduces the design,structure and usage of the toolbox.The practice shows that this toolbox can improve the operation safety and efficiency,and provide guarantee for the second equipments safe operation.
