Prevention and Control Management against Common Quality Faults in Port Construction

在建设工程快速发展的过程中,仍然存在着各种质量问题。为提高工程建设的质量水平,有效预防和控制建设工程质量通病,本文结合PDCA循环法,通过通病识别、制定有针对性的预防措施、过程控制、总结评价等步骤进行质量通病防治方法探讨,以期待为质量通病防治管理工作提供参考。

The high-speed development of construction works is still followed with various quality problems.In order to improve the construction quality and effectively prevent from common quality faults,PDCA cyclic method is used to identify the common faults,determine the targeted preventive measures,process control,summarizing and evaluating steps etc.Furthermore,the countermeasures to those faults are discussed,which may serve as a reference for the prevention and control management against common quality faults.
