高杆喷雾抑尘技术在煤炭矿石堆场的应用研究

Application Study of Dust Suppression Technique with Pole Spray in Coal & Ore Stockyard

针对港口煤炭矿石堆场在装卸和堆存过程中造成的粉尘污染扩散问题,研究高杆喷雾抑尘技术在散货码头防尘、抑尘方面的应用原理和方法。在高杆喷雾抑尘机理研究的基础上,通过实验确立了高杆喷雾装置的布置原则,探讨了喷头的材质和雾粒直径,喷头的加压、供水和控制装置等关键应用技术,为高杆喷雾抑尘技术在散货码头防尘、抑尘方面的推广应用提供了方法指导。

The principle and methods of dust suppression technique with pole spray have been studied to solve the dust pollution&diffusion caused by the handling and storage of coal&ore in stockyard.The above dust suppression mechanism is followed to determine the layout rule of pole sprinkler by testing,and discuss such key issues as the diameter of spray particles,the material,compressor,water supply device and controller of the nozzle.This study results will offer guidance on the development and application of dust suppression technique with pole spray in bulk cargo terminals.
