贵州省河道岸线管理信息化实践探析

介绍了河道岸线的基本概念,管理范围线的确定标准及方式。论述了岸线功能区种类与划分标准。以贵州省赤水河干流划界工作为例,介绍了河道岸线管理工作的具体内容、岸线利用与管理、岸线管理信息系统平台的建设情况。通过统一的岸线利用与管理规划,设置岸线界桩及告示牌,划定岸线控制线及岸线功能区,有利于岸线防洪、供水、生态环境改善及强化岸线空间管理,发挥岸线资源效能,对河流两岸的经济和社会发展具有重要意义。

An introduction was made on the basic concept of river shoreline,the specifications and modes of determining the management scope.The author also discussed the types of shoreline functional zones and the division specifications.Taking the main stream demarcation work of Cishuihe River in Guizhou Province as example,the author presents the contents of river shoreline management,shoreline utilization and management,construction of shoreline management information platform.United shoreline utilization and management planning,setting up shoreline piles and notice board,delimiting control shoreline and coastal functional zone are measures favorable for flood protection,water supply,improvement of ecological environment,strengthening shoreline spatial management,bringing into play the benefits of coastal resources,and are important for economic and social development along both banks of the river.
