新型水电企业人才培育模式创新工作探讨

摘要 以广西平班水电开发有限公司的人才培育模式创新工作为例,探讨新型水电企业为实现从"现地控制、多人值守"到"远程集控、少人值守"管理模式的转变,采取的具体措施及实施方法:运维一体化培训、AB角及专业轮岗培训等,并介绍了平班公司人才培育模式创新的成效。 Taking the innovative work of talent cultivation mode of Guangxi Pingban Hydropower Development Co.,Ltd.as example,the author discussed the actual measures and implementation methods that should be adopted by new hydropower enterprises to realize the transformation of management mode from on-site control and multi-person on-duty to remote centralized control and few people on-duty,such as training of operation and maintenance integration,AB role and rotation training etc.An introduction was also made on the effects of innovation of talent cultivation mode at Pingban Hydropower Development Co.,Ltd.
