摘要
介绍了水电工程投资控制中使用的执行概算的功能及编制原则与要求,探讨了执行概算编制过程中的难点及对策。并对编制完成后的实际应用进行了分析,为同类水电工程执行概算的编制提供参考。
An introduction was made on the function,compiling principle and requirements of implementation budget estimate used for cost control of water and power project.The authors discuss the difficulties of budget estimates and countermeasures,and analyze the actual application of the compiled budget.
