摘要
在炼油生产装置冷换设备当中如果是循环水场出现了泄漏的情况,就会大量的出现微生物和粘泥,从而使得冷却塔的填料、系统其它冷换设备出现污染和堵塞的情况,如果是严重的情况的话会使得换热功能受到很大的影响。因此,此文在泄漏一个问题的基础上对处理的方案和过程进行解析,对炼油装置换热器出现泄漏情况对循环系统可以带来的影响进行探讨。
If there is leakage in the circulating water field in the cold exchange equipment of the refinery production unit,there will be a large number of microorganisms and sticky mud,which will cause pollution and blockage in the cooling tower and other cold exchange equipment in the system.If serious,the heat exchange function will be greatly affected.Therefore,on the basis of the leakage problem,this paper analyzes the treatment scheme and process,and discusses the possible impact of the leakage of heat exchanger in refining unit on the circulation system.
