随着石油建设的发展,石油行业建设的从业者越来越多,更多的承包商参与到石油项目的实施中。然而在大量承包商进入市场后,为我们油田建设带来了一定的安全管理压力,承包商往往在安全管理、安全投入、培训教育、人员资质管理方面存在很大不足,这使得油田建设被制约,企业管理水平不能得到有效提升,因此,对承包商安全管理创新及有效途径的摸索尤为重要。

With the development of petroleum construction,there are more and more practitioners in the construction of petroleum industry,and more contractors are involved in the implementation of petroleum projects.However,after a large number of contractors have entered the market,they have brought some pressure on the safety management of our oilfield construction.Contractors often have great deficiencies in safety management,safety investment,training and education,and personnel qualification management,which makes oilfield construction restricted and the enterprise management level can’t be effectively improved.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore new and effective ways for contractors'safety management.
