轻柴油中段发生器出口管道泄漏分析

摘要 中海石油宁波大榭石化210万吨/年原料加氢处理装置由中石化洛阳设计设计,中石化五公司现场施工安装。装置分馏塔侧线抽出轻柴油中段发生器(0203-E206)出口管道焊缝出现泄漏,经分析确认为管道内工艺工况变化,泄漏的除氧水汽化,高速的水蒸汽冲击管道应力相对相中区域的焊缝,造成焊缝开裂泄漏。 The 2.1 million tons/year raw material hydrotreating unit of CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Company was designed by Sinopec Luoyang and site constructed and installed by Sinopec No.5 Company.The leakage occurred in the outlet pipeline welding seam the light diesel generator(0203-E206)at the side line of the fractionating tower of the unit is confirmed by analysis as a change in the process conditions inside the pipeline.The leaked deoxygenated water vaporizes,and the high-speed steam impacts the weld seams in the phase opposite to the stress of the pipeline,causing the weld seams to crack and leak.
