浅谈煤矿机械设备的故障诊断及维修

A Brief Discussion on Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance of Coal Mine Machinery and Equipment

近年来,随着科学技术的不断进步,煤矿生产已经完全过渡为机械化技术采煤。煤矿机械事故的频发严重影响了煤矿从业者的生命安全,以及企业的整体发展。因此,煤矿机械设备的故障诊断及预防就显得尤为重要。下面,笔者就根据自身多年的煤矿机电从业者的经验,对煤矿机械设备的故障诊断技术进行简要的分析,对煤矿机械设备故障的维修提出几条解决措施,以供参考。

In recent years,with the continuous progress of science and technology,coal mining has been completely overused in mechanization.The frequent occurrence of coal mine machinery accidents has seriously affected the life safety of coal mine workers and the overall development of enterprises.Therefore,the fault diagnosis and prevention of coal mine machinery equipment is particularly important.Next,the author makes a brief analysis of the fault diagnosis technology of coal mining machinery and equipment based on his many years of experience as a coal mine mechanical and electrical practitioner,and proposes several solutions for the maintenance of the fault of coal mining machinery and equipment for reference.
