摘要
碳纳米管、石墨烯与具有高理论比容量的硅材料形成的复合负极材料,可以提高硅负极的导电性和稳定性,是目前极具发展前景的锂离子电池负极材料。本文综述了碳纳米管和石墨烯在锂离子电池硅负极材料中应用的研究进展,并对未来的应用前景作了展望。
Composite anode material,which is composed of carbon nanotubes,graphene and silicon materials with high theoretical specific capacity,can improve the conductivity and stability of the silicon anode,and is a promising anode material for lithium ion batteries.In this paper,the research progress of carbon nanotubes and graphene used in silicon anode materials of lithium ion battery is reviewed,and the future application prospect is looked forward.
