摘要
针对矿井应用较为广泛的架空乘人装置即猴车的节能优化工作展开研究,首先对RJHY75型猴车系统的运行管理现状及存在的问题进行详细阐述分析,提出改造重点及方向,然后对猴车系统进行节能改造及管理优化研究,改造后的猴车运行更加科学高效,猴车避免了原有情况下的长时间运行,仅在有人上下时运行,且实现了变频运行,更加节能,每年的电力节约费用近15万元,实现了猴车的软启动功能,猴车维护及维修成本同样得到降低。下一步技术应用成熟后可逐渐实现猴车的无人值守,进一步节约人力成本。
This paper studies the energy-saving optimization of the monkey car,which is an overhead passenger device and is widely used in mine.First of all,the operation and management status and existing problems of RJHY75 monkey car system are described and analyzed in detail,and the key points and directions of transformation are put forward.Then,the monkey car system is carried out energy-saving transformation and management optimization research.After transformation,the monkey car runs more scientifically and efficiently,which avoids the long-term operation under the original condition and only runs when people go up and down.And it realizes frequency conversion operation and is more energy-saving,with saving nearly RMB150,000 in electricity cost per year.It realized the soft start function of monkey car,and the maintenance and repair costs of monkey car are also reduced.After the next technology application is mature,the monkey car can be unattended gradually,which can further save labor costs.
