煤层含硫砂岩顶板灾害防治技术研究

摘要 本文主要是对煤矿煤层的岩石式样进行试验探究,采用宏观检测、微观检测等试验方法相结合。在宏观检测中,主要对岩石的结构、层理等特征进行研究;在微观检测中主要采用光学显微镜对岩石的矿物成分及比例、岩石结构、颗粒大小、胶结结构的主要矿物成分进行研究与分析,找到煤层起火的原因是由于煤层中黄铁矿的含硫量过高。随后对煤层的火灾进行防治,综合采用煤层火灾防灭火的技术手段如氮气置换采空区气体、液态CO_2置换采空区气体和灌注高分子材料充填采空区的空间等手段对煤层的火灾进行及时防治,达到很好的防灭火效果。 In this paper,the rock pattern of coal seam in coal mine is carried out experimental research,and the combination of macro test and micro test is used.In the macroscopic test,it mainly studies the rock structure,bedding and other characteristics.In the macroscopic examination,it mainly studies the rock structure,bedding and other characteristics.In microscopic examination,it is mainly used optical microscope to study and analyze the mineral composition and proportion of rock,rock structure,particle size and main mineral composition of cemented structure.It is found that the cause of coal seam fire is due to the sulfur content of pyrite in coal seam is too high.After that,the fire in coal seam was prevented and controlled,and the fire in coal seam was prevented and controlled in time by comprehensively adopting the technical means of fire prevention and fire fighting in coal seam,such as nitrogen replacing goaf gas,liquid CO2 replacing goaf gas and filling goaf space with polymer material,etc.,so as to achieve a good fire prevention and fire fighting effect.
