摘要
目前发现的不同形式的碳纳米结构特别是碳纳米管(CNT)已经推动了它们在各个领域的应用研究,例如应用于基因和药物输送等医学领域。CNT的制备方法多种多样并且已经实现了功能化、填充、掺杂和化学改性等,一些诸如结构、表面积、表面电荷、尺寸分布、表面化学和附聚状态的参数以及样品的纯度对CNT的反应性具有相当大的影响。这表明它们将在纳米技术工程中发挥重要作用。基于此,本文将大量调研外文文献,对CNT进行前沿进展的综述,目的是给刚进入该领域的研究者们提供参考。
The different forms of carbon nanostructures discovered at present,especially carbon nanotubes(CNT),have promoted their application in various fields,such as the medical field of gene and drug delivery.The preparation methods for CNT are various and have realized functionalization,filling,doping and chemical modification,etc.Some parameters such as structure,surface area,surface charge,size distribution,surface chemistry and agglomeration state,as well as the purity of the sample have a considerable impact on CNT reactivity.This shows that they will play an important role in nanotechnology engineering.Based on this,this paper will investigate a large number of foreign literature and summarize the frontier progress of CNT,aiming to provide a reference for researchers who have just entered this field.
