摘要 利用SOLIDWORKS软件,我们可以创建全相关的三维实体模型。在塔内件的设计与制造中,直观、生动地表达各零部件的规格形状,以及装配体中各零部件的关系,生成与之对应的工程图详图以供制造加工;同时可利用其内置的钣金件、焊件、模具设计、有限元分析模块,对设计、制造过程中遇到的问题给出解决方案。 With SOLIDWORKS software,we can create a fully relevant 3D solid model.In the design and manufacture of tower internals,the specification and shape of each component and the relationship between each component in the assembly are visually and vividly expressed,and the corresponding engineering drawing details are generated for manufacture and processing.At the same time,it can use its built-in sheet metal parts,welding parts,mold design and finite element analysis modules to give solutions to the problems encountered in the design and manufacturing process.
