荷兰狂诗人郁金香纯露水上蒸馏提取及成分测定

Extraction and Determination of Constituents of Holland MadPoet Tulip by Water Distillation

本试验选用荷兰狂诗人郁金香为原料,采用HD法水上蒸馏提取纯露。用721型分光光度计30摄氏度680nm波长条件下,对所提取的纯露的灵魂物质单宁的含量做了定量检测。发现60-80分钟的纯露中单宁浓度较高品质较佳。采用薄层色谱法定性验证得到纯露中含有糖类、氨基酸类和黄酮类化合物。本小利大,附加值高,是一种值得开发的纯露品种。

In this experiment,a Dutch tulip called the Mad-Poet was used as raw material.The method of distillation on water is used to extract the pure tulip hydrolate.The content of tannic acid was determined by spectrophotometry under the condition of 30 degrees Celsius temperature and the wavelength of light at 680 nanometers.It was found that high quality hydrolate could be obtained when the extraction time was between 60 minutes and 80 minutes.TLC method qualitatively detected that the hydrolate contained carbohydrates,amino acids and flavonoids.Tulip hydrolate is highly profitable and worth developing new products.
