摘要
帕金森病是临床上一种常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。目前对于帕金森疾病的治疗以药物治疗为主,药物治疗主要有美多巴、司来吉兰和恩他卡朋等。本文结合近些年来帕金森药物治疗的临床研究成果,对上述药物用于帕金森治疗的疗效进行综述。
Parkinson's disease is a common degenerative disease of the central nervous system in clinic.At present,the treatment of Parkinson's disease is mainly drug therapy,which mainly includes madopara,selegiline and entacapone.This article reviews the therapeutic effects of these drugs on Parkinson's disease based on the clinical research results of these drugs in recent years.
