基于超效率DEA模型的长江经济带科技人才开发效率时空分异研究 被引量:3

Study on Spatial and Temporal Variation of Developmental Efficiency of Science and Technology Talents in Yangtze River Economic Zone——Based on Super-efficiency DEA Model

摘要 以长江经济带11个省市为研究对象,建立科技人才开发效率综合评价指标体系,运用超效率DEA模型和Malmquist-DEA指数对2005—2015年间长江经济带科技人才开发效率进行测算与动态分析,结果显示:长江经济带在考察期末,科技人才开发效率呈现收敛趋势。从区域空间分布来看,上游地区稳中有升,中游地区科技人才开发效率基本上处于洼地,而下游地区则长期处于领先地位;从动态时间序列分析,技术进步是影响长江经济带整体及内部各省市科技人才开发效率提升的主要因素。 Taking 11 provinces and cities in Yangtze River Economic Belt as the study objects, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of developmental efficiency of science and technology talents, and conducts calculation and dynamic analysis on the data from 2005 to 2015, with the help of super-efficiency DEA model and Malmquist- DEA index. The study reveals that: at the end of the research, there is a converging trend in the development efficiency of talents in Yangtze River Economic Belt. From the perspective of spatial distribution, the efficiency in the upper reaches has increased steadily;the efficiency in the middle reaches has remained stagnant while that in the lower reaches has been in the leading position for a long time. From the perspective of dynamic temporal sequence, the increase of developmental efficiency of science and technology talents in Yangtze River Economic Belt as well as in these provinces and cities has been primarily influenced by technology advancement.
