通过对EN1991-1-4欧标荷载规范解读,提出了欧标风荷载计算过程的总结归纳,同时给出相关参数取值,并通过与中国规范的对比,完成了中欧标准风荷载计算对标工作,为相关海外工程的风荷载计算提供借鉴。

Through the interpretation of the EN1991-1- 4 Eurocode 1:Actions on structures - Part 1- 4:general actions wind actions, the summary of Eurocode wind load calculation process is proposed, and the relevant parameters are given. At the same time, through the comparison with Chinese Code, the comparison work of the Chinese-European standard wind load calculation was completed, which provided reference for the wind load calculation of relevant overseas projects.
