摘要 某超高层建筑基础工程混凝土施工时,为了控制大体积混凝土的浇筑质量,进行了合理的施工部署和混凝土浇筑方案的优化。从混凝土的配比选择、运输供应到浇筑连续性等,过程中都要能切实满足现场需求;大体积混凝土内部设置有效的降温措施,养护措施经济可行;同时利用无线测温技术,能够更精准、高效的监测混凝土的温控指标,确保了大体积混凝土的施工质量。 During the concrete construction of a super high-rise building foundation engineering, in order to control the pouring quality of mass concrete, this paper carried out reasonable construction deployment and concrete pouring scheme optimization, from the concrete ratio selection, transportation supply to pouring continuity etc., the process must be able to meet the site needs;setting effective cooling measures inside the mass concrete, the maintenance measures were economical and feasible, at the same time, using the wireless temperature measurement technology, could accurately and efficiently monitor the concrete temperature control index, ensured the construction quality of mass concrete.
