摘要
呼和浩特市鼓楼立交桥至今已服役20余年,在一次桥梁结构安全检测中发现该桥本部分预应力连续箱梁存在预应力缺失的状况,危及桥梁整体结构安全,须对其进行加固,以提高承载能力。通过该桥梁加固施工的案例,介绍了桥梁加固技术中外粘预应力碳纤维板加固施工技术的要点和施工方法,了解碳纤维材料应用在桥梁加固领域中所具有的独特性能。
Gulou Interchange in Hohhot City has been in service for more than 20 years. In a bridge structural safety inspection, it was found that the prestressed continuous box girder in this part of the bridge was missing, which endangered the overall structural safety of the bridge, so it should be strengthened to improve the bearing capacity. In this paper, through the case of the bridge reinforcement construction, the author introduces the key points and construction methods of the bridge reinforcement technology with external bonded prestressed carbon fiber plate, and understands the unique performance of carbon fiber materials in the field of bridge reinforcement.
