106例孤立性肺结节的临床及影像学特征分析

摘要 目的通过研究孤立性肺结节(SPN)临床及影像学特征,寻找判断SPN良恶性的影响因素。方法选取经手术切除并明确病理诊断的106例SPN患者。以SPN良恶性分组,比较2组临床资料和影像学特征,探讨判断SPN良恶性的影响因素。结果 2组患者年龄、毛刺征、磨玻璃结节的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果示:患者的年龄、毛刺征、磨玻璃结节是预测SPN良恶性的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论患者的年龄、毛刺征、磨玻璃结节与SPN良恶性高度相关。对于高龄、毛刺征、磨玻璃结节患者,其SPN为恶性的可能性较大。 Objective To search for factors influencing benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules by studying the clinical and imaging features of solitary pulmonary nodule.Methods Totally 106 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules who underwent surgery and cleared pathological diagnosis were selected.The patients were grouped according to the benign and malignant solitary pulmonary nodules.The clinical data and imaging characteristics of the two groups of patients were compared to explore the influencing factors of judging the benign and malignant SPN.Results The difference between the two groups in age、burr sign、and ground-glass nodules,had statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age、burr signand ground-glass noduleswere independent influencing factors for prediction of the benign and malignant SPN(P<0.05).Conclusion The age of patients,burr sign and ground-glass nodules have high correlation with the benign and malignant SPN.Age,burr sign and ground-glass nodules are the independent influencing factors for prediction of the benign and malignant SPN.
