疾病诊断相关分组与护理成本管理的研究进展

结合疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)付费模式特点,就目前DRGs对护理成本的研究现状进行阐述和探讨。指出DRGs作为一种病人疾病分类系统已被证实对临床治疗过程的成本控制起到了有效的作用,是成本运营、护理质量的有效评价指标,未来还需进一步加强DRGs在护理成本运营中的效益研究。

It combined with the characteristics of the payment diagnosis group(DRGs)payment model,and it expounded and discussed the research status of DRGs on nursing cost.It was pointed out that DRGs as a patient disease classification system has been proved to have an effective effect on the cost control of clinical treatment process.It is an effective evaluation index for cost operation and quality of care.in the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the effectiveness of DRGs in the operation of nursing costs.
