It explored the application value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)specialty nursing in hospital-community continuation care under the concept of combination of doctors and patients,and It analyzed the deficiency and countermeasures of TCM specialty nursing in application.It was believed that TCM nursing staff should seize the opportunity to give full play to the value of TCM specialty nursing in hospital-community continuation care on the basis of the combination of medical care and health care to meet the growing demand for medical services and promote the development of TCM nursing.
