健康宣教单联合回授法在胃癌术后病人饮食指导中的运用 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]探讨健康宣教单联合回授法对胃癌术后病人饮食知识掌握情况、术后不良反应的发生率及病人满意度的影响。[方法]采用便利抽样法选取2017年2月—2017年12月胃癌病人80例,对照组接受常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上接受健康宣教单联合回授法的教育方法。评估两组病人术后饮食知识的掌握程度,术后不良反应发生率及病人满意度。[结果]干预后观察组术后饮食知识掌握及满意度优于对照组,术后不良反应发生率低于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]健康宣教单联合回授法是一种有效的健康宣教方法,能提高胃癌病人术后饮食知识的掌握程度,减少术后病人不良反应的发生,提高病人满意度。
