外固定架联合有限内固定治疗四肢创伤骨折的疗效分析

Efficiency analysis of external fixator combined with limited internal fixation in the treatment of patients with traumatic fractures of extremities

目的探讨外固定架联合有限内固定治疗四肢创伤骨折的效果。方法选取四肢创伤骨折患者80例,随机分为2组各40例。对照组采用单纯外固定架治疗,观察组采用外固定架联合有限内固定治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组骨折愈合优良率为92. 5%,显著高于对照组的75. 0%(P <0. 05)。观察组手术时间略长于对照组(P> 0. 05)。观察组骨折愈合时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组并发症发生率5. 0%,显著低于对照组的20. 0%(P <0. 05)。结论外固定架联合有限内固定治疗四肢创伤骨折患者疗效显著,可促进患者早期恢复,缩短住院时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of external fixator combined with limited internal fixation in the treatment of patients with traumatic fractures of extremities.Methods A total of 80 patients with traumatic fractures of extremities were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with simple external fixator,while observation group was treated with external fixator and limited internal fixation.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the observation group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than 75.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was slightly longer than that of the control group(P>0.05).The healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 5.0%,which was significantly lower than 20.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion External fixator combined with limited internal fixation is effective in treating patients with traumatic fractures of extremities,which can promote early recovery and shorten hospitalization time.
