慢性阻塞性肺疾病行氧疗患者的循证护理干预效果研究

Efficiency of evidence-based nursing intervention in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by oxygen therapy

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)行氧疗患者的循证护理干预效果。方法选取2018年1—3月收治的60例COPD稳定期氧疗患者为对照组,采用常规护理。另选取2018年4—6月收治的60例COPD稳定期氧疗患者为观察组,采用循证护理干预。比较2组氧疗的规范性、依从性、氧疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组的坚持氧疗率、氧疗时间达标率、氧流量正确调节等依从性、规范性显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组住院期间的氧疗时间长于对照组,出院前血氧饱和度(Sp O2)高于对照组,6 min步行距离大于对照组,COPD评估测试(CAT)评分低于对照组,氧疗不良反应少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论循证护理能够提高COPD稳定期患者氧疗的规范性和依从性,提高氧疗效果,减少不良反应发生。

Objective To explore the efficiency of evidence-based nursing intervention in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)by oxygen therapy.Methods A total of 60 stable COPD patients treated by oxygen therapy from January to March 2018 were selected as control group,and they were conducted with routine nursing.Another 60 stable COPD patients treated by oxygen therapy from April to June 2018 were selected as observation group,and they were conducted with evidence-based nursing interventions.The normalization and compliance of oxygen therapy,efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance and normalization of keeping oxygen therapy rate,achievement rate of oxygen therapy time and correct regulation of oxygen flow rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of oxygen therapy in the observation group during hospitalization was significantly longer than that in the control group,the pulse blood oxygen saturation(SpO 2)before discharge was significantly higher than that in the control group,the walking distance in 6 minutes was significantly longer than that in the control group,the score of COPD assessment test(CAT)was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the adverse reactions of oxygen therapy were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can improve the normalization and compliance of oxygen therapy for COPD patients in stable stage,improve the efficiency of oxygen therapy and reduce incidence of adverse reactions.
